The 5th Louis Bonduelle Conference took place on 5th of June 2012 in Paris on “Food and healthy ageing“. Experts, research directors and healthcare professionals talked about subjects such as eating habits among older people depending on social differences, and changes in sensorial perception and food preferences of the elderly.
Also at this event, the Louis Bonduelle Research Award was awarded to two young researchers in the field of nutrition.
