An ideal dish for dinner, which brings the 3 essential vitamins that contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 4 eggs
- 200g of chopped spinach (in bags)
- 4 tbsp. of fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Place the spinach in the bottom of the ramekins and add in each of them a spoon of fresh cream.
- Crack one egg per ramekin.
- Season with salt and pepper, then cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Add some fine strips of Comté or grated Gruyère to bring some crispiness to the dish. A recipe costing less than 5 euros and accessible to all.
