- Cut the tomatoes and scoop out the inside. Do not forget to keep the tomato hat.
- Peel the cucumbers. Grate the first one and dice the second one.
- In a bowl, mix the low fat yoghurts with cucumbers and some herbs.
- Let stand a few minutes.
- Stuff the tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Cover each tomato with a tomato hat.
