Hugo Martorell, a healthy food and sustainable agriculture consultant explained how Quebec stands out among provinces in Canada.

The theme of the Louis Bonduelle Foundation Conference 2019 was “Plants in Food Systems and Sustainability: A Balancing Act.” At the event, a large expert panel on nutrition met to take stock of the worldwide trend toward a more plant-based diet.
