Cold sauce with celeriac

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 200 g celeriac
  • 20 cl of sour cream 15% fat
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  • Peel and cut celeriac into pieces.
  • Put into a pan with salted water.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Drain and mix celeriac.
  • Add cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
