Ingredients (serves 4):
- 200 g celeriac
- 20 cl of sour cream 15% fat
- 1 lemon
- Salt, pepper
Instructions:
- Peel and cut celeriac into pieces.
- Put into a pan with salted water.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain and mix celeriac.
- Add cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
