- Remove wilted leaves; wash the chicories and then slice.
- Cut the ham into thin strips.
- Peel the beetroot and grate.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with some vinaigrette.
Serve with boiled eggs. To add a touch of acidity to this recipe, add few tbsp. of lemon juice. A recipe costing less than 5 Euro and accessible to all.
