The Conference
The 2019 Louis Bonduelle Conference was held on Tuesday 3 December 2019 in Brussels with the goal of discussing the nutritional transition of food systems around the world, and the importance of moving towards a more plant-based diet.

As in previous editions, the conference included talks from international experts, and debates that allow all stakeholders to meet and discuss ideas. This unique event brought together all the actors involved in sustainable diets: physicians, dieticians, institution directors, researchers, associations and companies… All those concerned by nutritional challenges and sustainable practices, and the concrete actions and initiatives to implement to promote increasingly plant-based diets.
